Return and Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized nature of our research products, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit are not available once an order has been processed or shipped, except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided in this Policy.
A return request will only be considered if Ecomm Bread LLC provides prior written authorization and the product is returned:

In its original factory-sealed packaging.

With the tamper-evident seal fully intact.

Unopened and unused.

In original, resalable condition.
Returns will not be accepted if:

You changed your mind or no longer require the product.

You ordered the incorrect product, quantity, or concentration.

You misunderstood the intended research purpose of the product.

The product has been opened, used, altered, contaminated, or damaged.

The factory seal or tamper-evident seal has been broken, removed, or compromised.

The product is not returned in its original factory-sealed packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact.

The return was sent without prior written authorization.
2. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect product or your shipment arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement if:

You notify us within three (3) business days of the documented delivery date.

You provide your order number.

You submit clear photographs of:

The shipping package;
-
The shipping label; and
-
The incorrect or damaged product.

Upon approval, Ecomm Bread LLC may, at its sole discretion:

Ship a replacement product at no additional cost; or
-
Issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not reasonably available.
3. Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact:

The shipping carrier.

Your local post office.
-
Your apartment office, building management, parcel locker, or mailroom.

Neighbors in the event of accidental delivery.
If the carrier confirms that the shipment was lost during transit, please contact us so we can assist with initiating a carrier claim where applicable.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment has begun.
Once an order has entered processing, a shipping label has been generated, or the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment, any refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times generally range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
5. Refund Exclusions
Refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit will not be provided for:

Opened or used products.

Products not returned in their original factory-sealed packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact.

Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, misuse, contamination, or alteration.

Products purchased using promotional pricing, coupon codes, discounts, clearance pricing, or special offers, unless required by law.

Orders refused upon delivery.

Unauthorized returns.

Products received in damaged or non-resalable condition.

Shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, or similar charges unless required by applicable law.
6. Research Use Only Notice
All products sold by Nugenix Labs are intended strictly for laboratory, research, and development purposes only.
Our products are:

Not intended for human consumption.

Not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetic, or clinical use.

Not dietary supplements, foods, or drugs.
Any misuse, improper handling, unauthorized use, or use inconsistent with the intended research purpose immediately voids eligibility for any replacement, refund, warranty consideration, or customer support related to the affected product.
