This Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Nugenix Labs Website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Due to the nature of research-based products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit once an order has been processed and shipped.
Products are not eligible for return if:
If you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives damaged in transit, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued only at our discretion if a replacement cannot be provided.

If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, please email us at Hello@nugenixlabs.co so we can assist with a resolution. If an address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Orders may only be canceled before they are fulfilled and shipped. Once a tracking label is created or the package has entered the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible.
If cancellation is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.

Products sold by Nugenix Labs are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not for human consumption. Misuse of our products voids all eligibility for refunds, replacement, or support.
